A rare Arts & Crafts Movement  Antique Silver Snuff Box Hallmarked 1918

A lovely example of an Arts & Crafts silver snuff box. The hallmark is faded due to polishing but is on the inside rim of the bottom piece of the box. There is no damage to the box aside from a few scratches on the bottom from use which is to be expected. I have added in the photo gallery the best picture of the hallmarking as possible and it is London Assay office.

Silver prices as of 25 June 2025 £26.32 per ounce....there are 28.35 grams per ounce. So based on item weight scrap value would be £13.16....not bad for such a small item. But the true value is in the craftmanship.
